Privacy Policy

GradoLead (the Telegram bot @gradoleadbot, gradolead.stream) is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Gleb Maksimov (ID 300430521), registered in Georgia ("we", "us"). This policy explains in plain language what personal data we handle, why and for how long. It covers two groups of people: our customers, and people whose public messages appear in the public Telegram chats we read. Contact: support@gradolead.stream.

1. Customers: what we collect

• your Telegram account data: user ID, username, name and language, as provided by Telegram;
• what you tell the bot about your business - text, voice messages, or a link to your website (then we read the text of that page) - and the client profiles we build from it;
• your city and the hours when you want to receive requests;
• estimates, the requests we send you, and the ones you take or skip;
• your balance and payment records (amount, dates, Creem checkout and order IDs);
• messages you send to support.

Voice messages. We convert voice messages to text with a speech-to-text model (Whisper on Cloudflare Workers AI) and delete the audio file right after transcription. We keep the resulting text as part of your description.

Payments. You enter card details on Creem's checkout page; Creem handles them as the Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card number. We receive the payment status and the identifiers needed to top up your balance. Creem's own privacy policy applies to the data it processes.

Why and on what basis. To provide the Service you signed up for (find, select and deliver requests; write author notes and first-message drafts for the requests you take), to keep your balance, to answer your requests and to keep the records the law requires. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you and our legal obligations.

How long. While you use the Service. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data, except payment records we must keep for accounting and tax purposes.

2. People whose messages appear in public chats

What we read. GradoLead reads public Telegram groups - groups anyone can open by their public link. We do not read private chats or private messages.

What we keep. We keep only messages that look like a request for a service or an offer of services: the message text as published, the author's public name, username and Telegram ID, the chat, the time and a link to the message. Other messages are not kept. Selected messages are deleted after 7 days (if not analyzed yet - after 30 days), analyzed requests after 30 days. We do not extract or collect phone numbers, email addresses or other contact details, and we do not build or sell contact databases.

Why. To show a public request to businesses that offer what was asked for, so that they can answer it - the same way any member of that chat could. Every request links to the original public message. A request is offered to no more than three businesses. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and the corresponding provisions of other applicable laws, such as the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection).

Author notes. A business that takes a request also gets a short note about its author - for example, whether they write as a private person or as a business, and what they are looking for. The note is written automatically and only from their messages in the public chats we read within the last 30 days, and it goes only to the business that took the request.

GradoLead does not message you. Businesses decide themselves whether to contact you. Our Terms require them to write individually and respectfully, and to stop if you ask. If a business contacted you in a way you did not like, please tell us.

Removal and opt-out. Email support@gradolead.stream with your Telegram username or a link to your message. We will delete your stored messages and add you to a stop list, so that your future messages are not shown to businesses.

3. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, and only what they need:

• Anthropic - AI models that analyze messages, select requests and write author notes and drafts;
• Cloudflare - speech-to-text for voice messages (Workers AI) and hosting of this website;
• Creem - payments, as the Merchant of Record;
• Telegram - the bot works inside Telegram, so your messages to the bot pass through it.

These providers process data on our behalf or, for their own services, under their own policies. Some of them process data outside your country, for example in the United States, under the safeguards they offer. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

4. This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. Cloudflare, which hosts it, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct or delete it, restrict its use or object to it, and you can complain to a data protection authority. Write to support@gradolead.stream; we answer within 30 days.

6. Security and storage

Data is stored in our own database with restricted access and kept only for the periods described above.

7. Children

The Service is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. We will tell customers about important changes in the bot.
