Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of GradoLead (the "Service"), delivered through the Telegram bot @gradoleadbot and described at gradolead.stream. The Service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Gleb Maksimov (ID 300430521), registered in Georgia ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GradoLead reads public Telegram group chats and sends you requests that match your business: people asking for what you offer, people preparing an occasion where your service fits, and businesses that serve the same clients as you. Requests come one at a time, best first. Before you take a request, you see its text, when it was posted and what kind of chat it came from, in which city.

When you take a request, you also get the author's public name and username (or a link to the message if there is no username), a link to the original public message, a short note about the author and a suggested first message.

GradoLead never sends messages to people in chats. Whether and how to contact someone is your decision.

2. Before you pay

Describing your business, reviewing your client profiles, the estimate for the last week and examples of recent requests (without names, usernames or links) are free. An estimate describes past activity in the chats we read; it is not a promise of future requests.

3. Prices and payment

• You pay only for the requests you take. One request costs $3, $5 or $10, depending on the typical price of your service: up to $150, up to $500, or more. The bot shows your price before you start. The price is charged from your balance when you press "Take".
• When you start, we add 5 free requests at your price to your balance. The free balance cannot be refunded or paid out.
• You top up your balance with one-time payments of $20, $50 or $100. There is no subscription, and nothing is charged automatically.
• Prices are in US dollars and include taxes.
• Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record: Creem is the seller of record for your purchase, charges your card, handles sales taxes and sends you the receipt.
• We may change prices for future requests. We will tell you in the bot before a new price applies to you.

4. Taken requests

A request you have taken is yours: it is not refunded or exchanged. Requests are not exclusive: the same request may be offered to up to three businesses. Refunds of unused balance are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Requests are messages from real people. You agree to:

• contact people individually and respectfully, about what they wrote;
• not send spam, mass or automated messages to people from requests;
• stop contacting anyone who asks you to stop;
• follow Telegram's Terms of Service and the laws that apply to you, including anti-spam and data protection laws;
• not harass, threaten or mislead anyone;
• not resell, publish or share requests, author notes or message drafts with third parties;
• use requests only to offer your own products or services.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these rules.

6. AI-generated content

The selection of requests, author notes and first-message drafts are produced automatically with the help of AI models and may contain mistakes. Check them before you act on them; you are responsible for the messages you send.

7. No guarantees

The number and quality of requests depend on what people write in public chats. We do not guarantee a particular number of requests, replies or sales. Chats can become unavailable, and we may add or remove the chats we read at any time. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, or for the actions of the people you contact.

9. Ending the Service

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end the Service for you if you breach these Terms. If we end the Service for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, we will refund your unused paid balance.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will tell you in the bot about important changes. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
